Our aim is to support disadvantaged people with free basic necessities, providing 'access to excess', as well as reducing landfill.

Please request only what you need, when you need it.  Please also note the location of the goods, as you will be responsible for arranging collection and paying any transport costs.

The goods are completely free, however, in the event of failure to collect the goods at the specified time a cancellation charge of £50 will be payable to EFA Foundation. If you are unable to collect at the arranged time due to extenuating circumstances please give EFA Foundation 24 hours notice.

(*Security checks are carried out to verify charitable status as well as ongoing monitoring and validation of transactions).

Please note the following conditions:

  1. Goods are available ONLY for the organisation's own use or for distribution to people in need.
  2. Goods are NOT for resale in charity shops, fayres, etc. or for use at fundraising vents/raffles/auctions.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, goods are for use in the UK only.
  4. Organisations must not contact the business again once a transaction has been completed.
  5. EFA Foundation reserves the right to withdraw registration if these guidelines are breached.
